3. An additional amount equivalent to TEN PERCENT (10%) will be
paid in installments, according to the schedule agreed upon by
the parties, for a maximum period of twenty-four (24) months prior to the signing
of the sale. + corresponding VAT
4. The EIGHTY PERCENT (80%) for residents on the island, (70%) for NON-residents
of the total sale price will be paid at the time of signing the
corresponding public deed of sale before a Notary, via
[bank transfer / bank check / usual payment method in this type of

The parties expressly agree that the amount delivered as
a reservation, that is, the €5,000, will be deducted from the amount to be paid at the
time of signing this contract.
