Payment Plan

The investment can be reserved with an initial deposit of €5,000, which will be deducted from the purchase price once the corresponding SPA (Sales Purchase Agreement) is formalized.

After reservation, a 20% of the purchase price will be paid at the time of signing the SPA. The remaining amount will be distributed throughout the construction period through additional payments of 20% at six months, 20% at twelve months, and 20% at eighteen months from the signing of the contract. The final 20% will be paid at the time of property delivery, currently scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027.
